First of all, to all of my loyal customers. Thank you for a wonderful year! And a warm heart felt thank you for your continued business with "The Nine Bar Coffee Roasting Company" moving forward into 2009!

Unfortunately, my passion for the art of the roast has been temporarily put on hold due to personal reasons that I have to devote my time and attention to. So "The Nine Bar" will be temporarily closed through the holiday season. We will reopen in the new year, and we will keep you updated on our status and look forward to roasting coffee for you very soon!

Don Jose' (shown above at a bold roast level) is a deep and complex coffee with dark chocolate hints, low acidity, a caramel undertone and an exotic, buttery smooth floral finish. This amazing coffee makes an enjoyable clean cup with just enough hints of acidity to keep it interesting.
At a medium roast level, it looses more of its deep complexity becoming slightly brighter/acidic for those looking for a little more "zing" in coffee.

Belladora (shown below at a medium roast level) is a coffee that has been thoughfully created for you. At medium roast (pictured below), she is a crisp and clean coffee with a medium body, citrus nuances, a milk chocolate, nutty undertone, and smooth finish. With any roast degree this blend creates a bitterfree coffee that marries superbly with any flavored creamer, or syrup you would like. She will excel in any form you choose to brew her, be it espresso, french press, or drip. If you increase the coffee:water ratio with more coffee, she grows deeper in complexity while maintaining her bitterless state.
